"The exercising of weapons putteth away aches, griefs, and diseases, it increaseth strength and sharpeneth the wits, it giveth a perfect judgment, it expelleth melancholy, choleric, and evil conceits, it keepeth a man in breath, in perfect healthe, and long life." – George Silver (1599)

Me and Miles both think 52 blocks is fascinating. This talk about it and other things by Sifu Rudy is good good stuff.
Here is a Lulu book on Internal Kung Fu by him.

The book is excellent, by the way. It’s down-to-earth, grounded in street fighting experience, and relentless in its demand for experimentation and depth of practice. Other writing on internal arts tends to take a new age tone, or else be sort of impenetrable as a native Chinese speaker tries to translate subtle concepts. In contrast, Sifu Rudy’s book makes the internal styles feel more believable and more attainable.
